Packing:

 All the cufflinks will be carefully packed  in a pol bag.

The minimum orde of our products is 50 pairs, order over USD500 10% Off discount,mixed order is OK. 

If the buyer have special instructions for their order such as dropshipping instructions and gift packing,kindly contact us, we will suggest the detail packing.

Payment:                                                                                                                

1. Full payment must be made within 2 days after the buyer placing order.
2. The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged in their country.

Shipping:

by courier using EMS/DHL/TNT /FEDEX,kindly contact the seller by ali messenger or skyppe,we have 40% to 60% Off of discount on the standard courier cost (different epxress company with different cost).

The shipment will dispatched within 25  days after the seller receives clearned payment.
After the buyer confirming order quantity,the seller will send the final courier cost. 
We are closed on weekends and DO NOT ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
A Tracking Number will be sent to buyer via e-mail or leave messege on ali messenger when the shipment have been sent.

If the buyer do not receive the Tracking Number email within 7 business days of conforming parcel sent, please check your spam folder or contact us by ali messenger or skype.

We provide a free 7 DAY WARRANTY for this item, within 7 days of parcel arrival anything about quality of products.We will go back the payment or resending the good quality products.

We do not cover any items for damage after use , as the result of water damage or other reasons caused by buyer .

Should returns be required:    

     Step 1) Contact us via Alibaba.com  messenger center or skype,after get our permission then you can send th shipments back.

     Step 2) Provide as detail as possible about the problem the shipments have.

     Step 3) Authorization to return the item will be issued

     Step 4) Return the item for the agreed exchange or refund*
